2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your product.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
2.2 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive your preferred product is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or taxes.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt as proof of return.
The X Paragon is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. How to Return Your Order
Step 1: Prepare Your Package
Ensure your item is packed securely in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included.
We do not accept used or damaged items for return.
Step 2: Submit Your Return Request
Email info@thexparagon.com with your order number and reason for return.
Subject line:
Return Request: [Your Order Number]
Our team will reply with confirmation and the return instructions.
Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package.
Step 3: Ship to Our Return Address
Your shipping address will be provided in the return confirmation email. Please ensure it is mentioned correctly and send your package to the specified address.
Once shipped, please send us your tracking number at info@thexparagon.com to help us monitor your return.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@thexparagon.com.
